Botswana Police Services is yet to confirm whether or not a burnt car that was yesterday found in the bush, at some cattle post near Rakops, belongs to a missing village royal, Lepang Segaise.

Near Bagali of the Police Public Relations Unit could only say, “I cannot confirm anything for now. A team of investigators have been dispatched to the scene and have not yet concluded their findings.”

The 96-year-old Segaise, a headman of arbitration in Rakops, was reported missing on August 15th. High suspicions are that the burnt car that was found 15 kilometers away from Rakops could be his Honda CRV.
