The High Court last month dismissed, with costs, all 15 UDC elections petitions.
Court of Appeal will soon hear an application by the UDC, which is challenging the High Court’s decision last month, dismissing their cases.
The UDC, through its lawyers, filed papers before the Appeals court saying the High Court erred in dismissing their case.
According to local media reports, Court of Appeal President, Ian Kirby is expected to allocate a panel of judges this week to hear the cases.
